Anchorman, Brad Hardie echoed my thoughts a couple of nights ago when he said he could see things getting ugly already with women's AFL. Already they think they are the next big thing in sport and they are talking themselves up money wise. I've got no problem with chicks playing footy I think why not but if they start thinking they are as important as the men's game they are kidding themselves.

The problem is the AFL have given them a big stage and big audience as a leg up and they are reading too much into the ratings. I reckon they will end up sucking a lot of money out of the AFL system.

Bit harsh Kirbs, after a slow start and a heap of injuries Joondy had what I believe was the best/longest winning streak of any team this year, they have earned their spot and hopefully will play with a passion for the jumper that the aligned clubs just cant match.

Hope your right SS, as a Cardy boy, but in reality have not got close to South all season, limped over line against Monts & Swans, not going well enough for mine.

let's hope the aligned blokes for FART see all the other AFL guys in this state going into holiday mode and take a dive. they're the only one's still playing and given they're not playing for the jumper it could be they shut up shop and lose against WP.

I think majority of Subi and SF fans are really hoping WP slay the beast and win......a loss to Peel in a GF is going to be awfully frustrating for that opposition fan if it does happen......more so than usual due to the circumstances......cant really say "the best side won on the day" or "it was fully deserved, they have played well all season"......not too sure what one might say TBH......hopefully a WAFL club gets over the line eh?

PN do you seriously think that it it is good for the integrity of the WAFL that Peel could be represented by 22 AFL aligned players in a finals' match?

If the answer is yes, then I think that is the end of the discussion.

Wouldn't be me,that mets down,Peter.The more Peelmantle advance,the more the WA Media will slobber over this,painting this as a Peel Triumph,when most of us know it isn't.

I couldn't care less tbh we couldn't beat them when they were injury depleted, and we aren't in the business of playing finals so the alignment wont effect Perth, and I dnt care about any other Wafl club.

Another strong performance by Peel.Tough match for looser of 2nd semi.

It sounds like the moral of the story, you can simply do whatever you like and be unethical as you damn well please as long as one stays within the 'rules'.
