fair enough mike....it's probably time we all took a step backwards and enjoy what could be the final days of this site. you've made your points and i've made mine so let's move on. on another note, I had a quick squiz at the SA footy site and it didn't exactly set me on fire compared to here that's for sure....maybe I'm missing something.

Yeah only had about 300 members when I looked at it, although it could swell if some of the people from here migrated over. I haven't made my mind up what I will do if this site closes. The big footy and fox ones seem to have so many members you get lost. I think this forum has a good number

hahahaha...now there was a piece of work...well a piece of something anyway. I also recall there were some beauties on FG back in the old days. the likes of Yakuza, Wilma, Buddhaguts and a few others certainly kept the mods on their toes.

most here have no idea the hardship George went through from a couple of poster.Posters who, incidentally, are no longer part of the site.
Some seemed to think that it is money that is the issue, but obviously they didn't read any of the posts from George regarding the hardship he was faced with.
I have said it before and will say it again, well done and thank you to both Mike and George for giving us the chance to chat about our beloved game.We have been blessed.A great site will close because some people do not known how to have a proper discussion her with out being insulting.

I'm with you anchor. George and Mike provided the best outlet for WA footy that is around today and I too, thank them for what they have provided.
It has been unfortunate that when someone gives an opinion they cop a bit of ridicule from "those who know". It seemed to me you could have an opinion provided everyone liked it. I'm sure some people here were born and bred in North Korea. Still all in all, it's been a good site to pick up local footy news.

I liked gremar in his first coming. Unfortunately in his second coming, he reverted to abuse and bad language - he sunk his own ship.
