Well after last weeks loss against another Top 4 side yet again we front up to EF at home this week.
Interesting to see we had our second player go up to the tribunal this year in Jetta and our second player to cop a suspension whilst every other clubs players seem to get off or a reprimand at worse.
EF had 3 players up in front of the mrp and not surprisingly all 3 got off hmmmm.
Hopefully the club is going to appeal the ridiculous Jetta suspension as Delahunty not only played out the whole game but was arguably the best on ground or at least close to it.
Anyway back to this game EF have been similar to Swans in that they have accounted for the bottom teams but struggled to beat the Top 4 as I like to call them- SU, CL, SF & WP.
They have a good experienced midfield with plenty of ex afl listed boys who can go through there in Schoenfeld, English, Eardley, Marsh, Kommer, Snadden, Boekhorst, Jansen, Tucker etc Strnadica in the ruck and also ex afl listed key forwards Dixon & O'Reilly and a steady tight checking defence.
Another loss here for SD and the pressure will go right on the whole club.

How many weeks did the Subiaco player get for the head high contact to the Swans's player?  An umpire saw the contact as a free kick was given for the contact.

BH, must of been a pretty good hit on De La  by Jetta mate to get 2 weeks , down to one on an early plea....be interesting to see how this game pans out, some potentially good contests all over the ground....colts game should be a beauty to get the day started....

It was such a serious hit he didn’t want to go off the field for the one drop of blood and played out the game and played to his usual high standard.
Joke

It was deemed high contact, intentional but low impact which pretty much sums up as I saw it. If you go by the MRP matrix then it's a standard 2 weeks down to 1 with a guilty plea. If it was considered high impact, the penalty would have been more so not sure what you lot are whinging about.

Should have been no impact since he played out the game with no effects on him.

Freeze the Colts game is on Sunday I believe!

Is the WAFL tribunal/mrp still the former Subi bloke Heaney?

I thought it was Phil Lamb who used to do the assessments?
They have already had one debacle this year involving Swans so not surprised of this circus.

So another Subi bloke is the mrp then how surprisisng?
Yep this after their stuff up of Jesse Turner's suspension who got 1 week more than he should have under their rulings after the incorrect information was supplied by the opposition.
It has just become a complete joke that every other clubs players seem to get a reprimand at worst by the WAFL tribunal and yet whenever a Swans player goes up he gets time.
Is this the the petty WAFC's comeback to Swans tipping the bucket on their inept running of WAFL Footy at the inquiry?
Swans should be appealing this decision.
