Bristow isn't even named in the reserves list strono, so he must be still injured I guess.....would love to see Fletcher and Stokes ruck against Griffen and have Young and Chartres up back to help man up against Taberner, Apeness and Hannath......Young won't be around next year, might as well get some game time in to Stokes and Fletcher now, with Young to help out when needed.

EF beat Peel twice last year, but both games were tight struggles with EF pulling away in the last......gotta feeling it may be Peels turn this time :( :( .......hopefully EF mids with Anthony back can deprive Peels forwards and provide EF forwards with plenty of footy.....interesting to see if Anthonys younger brother Dion plays......hopefully Schleicher keeps his spot, heard from a few folk he played some good footy v Subi before going missing with a few others in the second half last week....the kid looks tall and strong and a perfect replacement for McGough when he calls it a day this year.....

EF forwards in Perham and Lester-Smith really need to find their kicking boots both have kicked 1.5/0.4 respectively.......can't expect Ellis to kick 5 goals each week.....though would be nice if he did :P .......the backs are gonna have to play it tight and spend most of the day spoiling the tall Peel forwards and then hopefully running off them.....heart always says EF.....just me head keeps telling me Peel......good luck to all three grades...especially the reserves who have battled manfully with a load of "regulars" out injured.

Shit from what I have seen these 2 are not on any short list. Maybe I listened to another game? Gotta stick with guys like this as they are 2 of the EF steadies..
I love it when I run players down and they come back in the next game and win it for you.
Ok drop guys but make sure the replacements can do the job.
I think Malaxos has more brains that allowing this to happen to soon.
Just my opinion Will wait and see.

Lester-Smith is playing a lot higher up the ground. Giving us plenty of inside 50's. He is more of your opportunist forward, as opposed to a genuine lead, mark, goal forward. His pace is way to valuable and all oppositions are wary of how damaging he can be.

I get the sense just looking at this afternoons scores and stats from this game that Peel may be finally getting their act together. Even though they relied heavily on their Dockers players, there are still a number of Peel based players who contributed as well and they have guys like Jetta and Bootsma who have played at AFL level. It may be tough to beat them at Mandurah this year and the Sharks will not be the only team to be ambushed...

I don't come on here often as its full of abusive idiots and keyboard cowards who physically threaten posters, but enoughs enough. Congrats to Mathers and Lawler - the two Peel youngsters, as they got to enjoy a victory. Lawler is a talent. Congrats to the 16 Dockers for doing what you should do. We played the Eagles bitch when they only had 8 average Eagles but swings and roundabouts, we got the reverse today. If the reason Peel came in the comp was to give a pathway for local talent then it's an absolute embarrassment. Fuck them off as they do not deliver what they should be.

Agree with all of your comments Tragic regarding the alignment club. Having said all that I thought there were still some ordinary signs with the Sharks today. The ball movement was once again slow and indirect, the skill level was very ordinary and the forward entries were terrible at times. We continue to beat the forwards around the head about not kicking goals but stuff me our entries compared to theirs are chalk and cheese. There is no space created and because of the ball movement constantly short and side wards the opposition have ample time to get back and clog up our front 50m. Lost count of the turnovers and the amount of times we kicked it out of bounds on the far wing. Maybe it's time the coach and his staff start to take some heat for the performance instead of pointing fingers at players all the time.

Driving down the freeway after our game v Perth who were very ordinary and will be in bottom 4 and listening to Micale on 91.3 comments after the game he said Peel and EP will dominate the competition.... WHAT FUCKING COMPETITION.??
The WAFL is being destroyed by these 2 clubs. Professional Footballers against part timers. Ok the odd win will occur depending on the AFL players but Give me a break we have no hope. The WAFL is finished as we know it and it will continue
until we are no more...
RIP WAFL because the WAFC IS DESTROYING US IF THEY HAVENT ALREADY.
