I thought you said a "Hugh" loss there at first Custy.

I guess if Teakle or Strnadica come back, the loss of Dixon will be soften a bit. Not sure a 3rd AFL club will come a courting for Dixon though..

Given Dixon played his best footy in the ruck- Teakle or Strnadica would be an upgrade. Marsh and O’Reilly to cover forward. Disappointing to see Hugh go (if true), but can’t blame the fella for chasing the AFL dream.

Theres been no announcement on the return of Strnadica and he hasn’t appeared back on the list yet (like some others). I see Boekhorst is back on it 

KC, pretty sure Boekhorst has been on the list all season. Strnadica more of a chance I reckon to play at EF then Teakle. Can see Teakle getting snapped up as a depth ruck on an AFL list. 

Early days, but considering Tassone, Boekhorst and Hagan didn't play at EF in 2023, all 3 are recruits in my eyes....one out of Teakle or Strnadica would be a bonus....not sure what the go is  with Ruscoe, but he would be a handy recruit as well...

I see Big Ed Simpson is no longer on EF list....kind of got pushed back in the big man queue at EF....could never work out if he was a KF or a Ruckman.

Very quiet from out of Shark Park- we’ve usually signed a few by now. Haven’t even heard any whispers.

Sanzone and Smoker back in the WP camp Im hearing.

KC, I guess more will come to light after the draft.....I would expect Teakle and Ruscoe are looking for AFL lifelines.....Sharp probably as well  at Freo.....hope all 3 get another chance.

Boekhorst and Tassone will be important ins as well post their year ending injuries....Meade also as well.....but hear what you are saying, though I reckon Dodd will be busy as usual.....just a matter of seeing what happens I guess.

Good luck to Smoker and Sanzone if Whinnen is on the money....both have achieved what they were recruited for.

I guess unless they turn up on another clubs list, FF, then we assume they're staying. Maybe more at the AGM.

At this stage, Dixon and Simpson are out - stretching our key position stocks. Though Teakle could return if not picked and rumours that Strnadica is returning so got those 2 covered. Unsure on young Cripps, who showed promise. Also whispers of young Hagan returning as well. No retirement announcements yet - maybe Lester-Smith. Boekhorst to return also. Given that its a relatively young squad - should be challenging again next year
