Peel by 22.

Listening to Bill interviewed on ABC sportstalk this morning, he mentioned they have been travelling all over the place for training, given Moss St is out of action and the WACA gave them limited access, been at the old Subi oval and a few suburban grounds, even trained down at Freo/Cockburn, so that makes their effort this year even more meritorious. All this while the 12 fulltime Dockers have elite training and recovery facilities at Cockburn, then have a run with the Peel boys down at Rushton, seems perfectly fair to me !!

So O'Reilly misses out, tough for the young fella, but been out for too many weeks, would be a huge risk TBH. Can't see Jansen playing FF, probably a mix of  RMcGuire and Dixon resting down there....or perhaps BMcGuire playing from the square using his leg speed to upset the Peel tall boys. EF will definitely not be able to simply bomb it in, lower the eyes and find a variety of smaller targets.

Great to see unheralded recruits in BMcGuire and Marlin get selected, both have been fantastic for EF this year, play their role to perfection. EF always seem to do well in a GF with  former Perth and EP players in their team.....Forman, Newman, Lally, the Spalding boys, Robbie Solin, Leigh Willison and Ian Thomson come to mind.....

Very quiet on the Peel board. No posts in nearly 3 weeks even with 9 of their players in tomorrows WAFL GF! You have to wonder if they have any supporters at all?

Thats because any supporter they may have is down at Centrelink….you know, Dole City.

Agree BC, EF need to get away quickly and put scoreboard pressure on, something we failed miserably to do. If Freo get a 2 -3 goal lead their AFL defence is so good it's very hard to peg them back.
