Took the game on and unsettled Peel a bit.
Game evened up late in the opening term.

Well done Sharks, they played a ferocious brand of footy today and confirmed they were the best team all year. Peel had 3 tough games in 3 weeks and simply ran out of gas in the 2nd half. 
There will be lots of sore heads down Freo way in the morning, lucky its a public holiday.

Wow, I can’t remember seeing the Sharks so ferocious in attack and defence.  Words won’t be able to describe the feelings in the Sharks camp.  For me, a 25 year old tear in the eyes.

Probably a bit older than the young buck Sharks here, but in a few years my 50 years of being a member comes up. Never ever been prouder than this moment. Monaghan’s recruiting is mind boggling. Marlin is a rock and Ben McGuire - what idiot let him go?  But to me the superstar is Cam Eardley. All supporters from all clubs rave about their favourite rock, but he is a champion. Probably not got that many years left but after today I don’t care. Go forth and multiply you Dockers oxygen thieves.

Congratulations to East Fremantle on a great victory over an AFL laden team without two of your stars. Finished minor Premiers and Premiers. Can't ask for anymore than that. Interesting times ahead.

Will your new digs be ready in time for the first bounce next year? Enjoy your off season lads. A lot been said on here about being on a Sunday clashing with other events, should have been played after the AFL GF blah blah blah but perfect weather and being a long weekend you get to soak it up with probably a barbecue at home with the lads and watch the replay. Perfect.
