probably has to be Wayne Blackwell but I'm sure Spalding would do better with a Jason Spinks and Winston Abraham running amok mate. Already this year early signs are good with two genuine key forwards and some extra grunt and experience in the midfield.

Mal Brown in 85-86 did a good job turning around Perth's fortunes but then as we all know what happened in 87 put a stop to the WAFL as we knew it full stop.

Yeah Blackwell did a good job at EF too mate, post Micale....when he left, Spalding got EF into the finals, but then after that it went terribly south until Woey and Stavros jumped on board....more so Stavros then Woey tho.
