He sounds like he's focusing on his career and anything to do with real estate is a basket case in WA, Melbourne and Sydney are still going strong with no sign of letting up so as far as off field goes Melbourne would be the smart choice. I'm sure Subi through it's business contacts could find him a real estate gig here but as I said that sector is stuffed.

Will be sad if he doesn't come back west as he is elite at WAFL level, something the comp desperately needs.

Just out of interest, DF - do you know of any club(s) in Melbourne which haven't played finals for 20+ years, or won a premiership in 40+ years?

Well there is one who haven't won a premiership for over 50 years - the Demons. They certainly have their Demon counterparts in the West covered by a decade or so.

Quite right DF, we are almost at AFL level but not quite, although from all reports the pre-season at Subi has stepped up several notches being driven by the WAFC subi focussed restrictions which may turn out to be counter-productive as our guys will come out bigger fitter stronger and faster for next season

I see promising Subi youngster TEB has signed for Williamstown in the VFL.

Seems so Freeze, he's a very pacy youngster who is a fierce tackler and likes a goal so a good pick up for the 'Gulls. No idea why he's moving, maybe family, maybe work, maybe wants to be under the nose of the Vic based AFL clubs, good luck to him.
