Maybe just maybe this is an admission the WAFC farked up in back in 2002 when in handing Subi a seven figure compensation package to leave Subiaco Oval (playing and training only) but they still allowed them to keep the bar out the back of the stand plus the seats deal for the next 15 years which was not only utilised for afl football matches WAFL GF's, but also major outdoor concerts, monster trucks etc as well!

I hate $ubi as much as the next man but I have a special reason to hate these pricks as I grew up in their zone and got turned into indentured labour as a kid on bottle drives, cake stalls, car washs to save their arse in the early 1980s. I'll never forget my time as a $ubi coolie.

The genie's out of the bottle. $ubi's superiority is entrenched. The biggest single failing by the WAFC in the last 20 years has been enforcement and nothing changes on that front that I can see.

You do have to laugh at some of the comments their deluded handful of supporters have posted online DF.
They must live under a rock or live a sheltered existence with some of their thoughts on Subis "success" and how that was achieved in the last 20 years...not too mention the WAFL is now on life support and something has to be done before it is too late!

Who said Chick Read et al played for free? Certainly not me and I don't recall anything like that posted on here by a Subi supporter. You lot make things up as you go along.

Sorry DF, hadn't seen the full list of changes at that stage, was mainly asking why the concentration on Subi's zones which are not all that flash when you look at what they have produced at WAFL & AFL level over the past 10-15 years.
