Ben, expectation that the league will win but we will need much better ball handling and use to make sure of the result. Our skills have dropped of significantly in line with the big injury list. Any significant ins this week? Hildo, JKT, McDougal, Rumba ?? The ressies and Colts are both critical matches as both Su & Cl teams sit in the 4, a loss in either grade will see then drop from top to 3rd in the 2's and 4th in the colts. Looks like rain forecast for Monday, is there much shelter at the showgrounds, haven't been there for years.

Interesting aside, looking at the stats in the back of the budget we are very much over represented in the top 10 players free kicks against, is this a lack of discipline or a result of the more physical approach this year, I'd hate to think it was anything to do with the umps!!

Not sure about the injuries. At least this week Rumble and Hildebrandt are listed on the league list in the budget so they must be close. JKT listed in league and ressies. Waters listed in league.

Yeah the last time I went to the showgrounds was for the one-off game in 2005. Great atmosphere but not much shelter apart from inside the members bar but I heard that the bar wasn't operational last time Claremont played here so people might have to bring an umbrella just in case.

From watching the Tigers a few weeks back, they still have a number of players that win the ball a lot, but the difference this year is that they are not hurting the opposition with their possessions. Also Claremont appear to not have a lot of options up forward. I think Subiaco should win this game by around 6 goals

Anyone want to volunteer to do the supporters votes for the league on monday?

If so just post your best eight in order after the game on this thread and I'll add them onto the best from the club and the newspaper.

Some figures I saw tend to show this. Subiaco are much more direct because of their 12.3 disposals per scoring shot. Whereas Claremont are doing just a touch over 18. And over the course of a match, this being a huge difference.

I just noticed that this is Jason Bristow's 100th senior game this week - including one v Port Adelaide in the Foxtel Cup. So well done to Jason for that achievement. Having his best season for the club too.
