DG,Twomey did a calf injury at training and will probably miss for 3 games.Leishman fractured a thumb yesterday during a solid effort against Claremont.Worthington struggling with a foot issue and will not play for some time.Mcdonald done for the season.Josh Deluca struggling to walk in a moonboot at yesterday's game.Mcdougall also struggling apparently.Sorry but the news on the injury front is not good.

Thanks Mudlark...I think Twomey is a big loss, jeez Mcdonald has hardly played in 2 seasons. Whats the go with Jacky he must be close & in your opinion do you recon he could hit some form quickly or not?

Thats bad luck with Twomey. I'm sure he would have been looking forward to the trip back to Bassendean this weekend. Is Hildebrandt fit at the moment?

Nah didn't play on the weekend but must be close to a return.

DG,don't have any info on Jacky.With no pre season and his history of injury,my opinion is he would need lots of time to make an impact.In regards to Hildebrandt,I think he is more likely to miss this week and be ready the following week,unfortunately.

Unfortunately young Hayden Kennedy is out for the season also so I was informed. He could possibly come back for round 23 or the finals if our league or reserves get there but it would hardly be worth the risk.

But he's a tough nut and I'm sure this setback won't stop him coming back even stronger in 2015.

LaH I haven't been to the Showgrounds since the early 70s, what seating, and is it undercover, is available to watch the footy there?

There is seating all around the boundary. Well stone paving like at Leederville which makes for a great atmosphere. But it is out in the open without shelter

The grand stand seating is temporarily out of order sadly but the bar area behind that with the large windows overlooking the ground is open and is a good place to sit if you get there early enough. Also the radio commentators call the game from inside that bar which makes for good entertainment.

To the north-eastern end there is a large undercover tent area which serves beer and so forth.

All in all, a great place to watch football but bring an umbrella if it's raining.
