More inside 50s means more opportunities to score. One stat where your lot would have smashed us is intercept marks and in particular in our forward 50. Erceg and Notte killed us and Wardman did not address it. Good for you...poor coaching and a lack of senior players recognising and not reacting by us.

Whatever MO...I could have sworn that's what I said on this thread in my initial observations last night...just don't pass away in the next 24 hours as they won't be able to get the coffin lid on.

Your jokes are as bad as your thoughts on football and umpiring

I wonder when Subi supporters will be allowed to consider an upcoming match to be a danger game?

You lot won the game...why would you even bother with this umpire crap?
bc i have noticed over several years three teams getting less free kicks then others.subi, peelmantle and east perth when aligned with west coast.i doubt things have improved since we left the alignment.one team that seems to be the umps friend is west perth.i think they had ten more free kicks then the tigers today.

Yes Chaddy.  I went through an exercise of tallying frees for to frees against each week over a season a few years ago when Subi were dominating the comp and it was very clear that we were getting the wrong end of the stick along with the 2 aligned clubs and WP were the umps favourite.   The 2016 GF was probably the worst example when the count was 19 to 6 in Peel's favour and I think we received only 2 free kicks after qtr time.  It was a bit of a running joke back then but I can't really be bothered these days, but yes, your observations can be borne out by stats.
It is not just a matter of the raw free kick counts that matter.  One needs to factor into account where the free kicks are paid and when they are paid.  It is also a matter of when free kicks that should have been paid were not paid.

For example, in the Claremont Swans match played at Mt Barker a few years ago, Swans received one free kick forward of the centre line and that was paid in the 32nd minute mark of the 4th quarter.

Spot on La Hinch, certainly time for Golding to come in and bolster our thin mid ranks.

Agreed Stinga. Hickmott's are up and down. Miller although tenacious, liked kicking it to swans. Farone as dangerous as he is could probably do with a spell. Likewise Putt has had a couple of ordinary games. Fullgrabe needs to do more. At the moment if Sokol has a quiet one we have nothing much up front apart from Martin, of course things could change in the future depending on the availability of Borchet, Mayo and Atkinson. Have to give Narkle a crack next week surely, Golding and Robbins should've weeks ago, J. Borchett and Patterson also in for next week along with Kennedy and Beverley if available

I see Wardman called everyone in and gave the players a spray at 1/4 time on Saturday. Not exactly up there with Schoey or Germo but at least he had a crack.
