I'm not the President. Are you saying when he makes unsubstantiated claims he shouldn't be held accountable? He's the one using social media for political purposes not the other way around.

This backs up what I just said. You don’t seem to understand. You think everything everyone says has to be fact checked? Or only those in power? This is social media we are talking about not parliament.

The donald has undertaken a number of attempts to curtail the media and its reporting of his work, if you can call it that!

Whether or not you like him or not this continuation of media harassment seems to me be boarding on paranoia. I am not aware of very many political leaders, ruperts and kerry's drones aside, of the media questioning their work, just look how the right bashes the ABC.

The most disconcerting thing abt it is that history is littered with not dismilar efforts and the common thread is a movement to a dictatorial form of government!

It begs a question abt what is next for the US and the looming election and the furore developing with postal or electronic voting!

Gents this media that trump undoubtedly bashes is the left wing, divisive, feel good about yourself by virtue signalling and western civilisation hating garbage that attempts to bring about revolution. I don't know why anyone living in the states or here would want a revolution, we have it very good.

If the papers want to tell people such that colonialism, the patriarchy and western civilisation as a whole are the root of evil and that the capitalist system is one of tyranny and everything is set up against you and everything is unfair - well the results of that message will eventually rear their ugly head.
