How the hell in this day and age can crap like that get leaked from a "professional" process. And of course he signed a NDA but the panel were trusted.

I think you’ve got your own problems Tugger. A little matter with ASADA for one of your superstars. Career probably over if he gets anymore than two years, even that might be a stretch too far for Willie. Your times up on here.

Can you imagine if Fremantle had a player facing the same charges as a current weagles player - he would be happier and prouder than a bantam rooster with 4 dicks and be on here commenting like there was no tomorrow.

I’ve given Tugger some reading material in the Willie Rioli thread. It’s great now OFA has opened up the AFL section so everything is front and centre. I’m sure Tugger agrees. Lol

I've read the articles Jack and there was nothing overly negative regarding Sumich in that particular article you posted. He wanted the CEO to be appointed before the head coach to make sure that they were on the same page regarding the direction of the club. Personally I did not see this as an unreasonable request. I did find it weird though that he allegedly had or wanted to have his manager with him during the interview process and presentation.

I also don't think the interviews he has done over the last month, disregarding his comments regarding Rioli, did him any favours. Nor did certain media types pumping up his tyres every opportunity they had.

At the end of the day though Sumich had a different vision of where the club was at and is heading compared to the board and the selection committee. Only time will tell who was right.

No doubt that Spud McTug will be considering that material through his typically unbiased and considered thought processes.
Not sure what it will be next - Fremantle's draft picks in the 2019 draft, trades they do this year, a particular quarter of a particular game this year which suits him/hers analysis of whatever suits, coaches, trophy cabinets (I'm helping with you material here Spud), the panel who thought Sumich was a Cockburn cabbage kicker (now I see the connection and empathy with Sumich - Spud) or maybe just a good old fashioned bleat and squeak about a trade from 1998 or 2002.

Well I could, but wouldn't want to leave the well credentialed Freo bleater in Spud McTug without a focus - unless it's a role your chasing? Happy to oblige if I can.

And hey - there can be a huge focus on drugs/culture weagles style or perhaps on Subiaco and the credibility of the whole WAFL comp. Wouldn't do that to you though mate - because that one is a bit sensitive to you, yep that's right you prickle up a bit then. At least when it comes to the weagles/Subiaco you and your Liberal Party mates can chuckle along together.
