Besides Hackdorns article and Barich latest scoop I havnt seen or heard anything from the club or Balla regarding this rumour, will be interesting to see whether he's a late out or not today.

Doesn't worry me either way his form the last couple of seasons and with his injuries hasn't been to flash and I doubt he will be there for the next tilt, if we can get a late second rounder for him ill be rapt considering he's still contracted.

And Fyfe isn't going anywhere retricted free agent Freo will match any offer, its going to be a long off season for Freo with rumours flying everywhere, the latest one I heard was Cam Macarthy and Rory Lobb for our third pick I call bullshit but I would take that in a heart beat.

What i'm hearing is Balla wants a two year extension and Freo aren't prepared to budge until they finalise their delistings, retirements, etc and that he's prepared to move if a better offer comes his way, I reckon there should be a straight swap between Balla and Darling I mean they both stunk it up Grand Final day.

To summarise what Fyfe said was that it would remiss of him if he did not consider any offers. What he did not say was that he intended to leave Freo. If Fyfe stays at Freo will Hackdorn finally give up journalism because he was WRONG ONCE AGAIN?
