someone knew the loophole and it certaintly wasnt you, Barney, Chaddy22 or your football manager, that is obvious.

They didn't know he was on the 40 list and assumed he could just walk out. When they got that news they rang up begging to come to a transfer deal. Up until that point they told EP to F off and wouldn't even discuss the matter. Childish in the extreme but typical WP, the loophole you talk of was a stroke of luck rather than the product of a legal genius at WP.

Larry Bird could well be the Football Manager, he is definitely some one who is on the Ferals staff, he knows too much.

well 2 months of complaining got him nowhere, the arbitrator put Larry back in his box and he has Chaddy, Barney, his football manger and the other footy managers in the box with him.

Wrong again Mark, the only reason this has dragged out is Howson has ridden you blokes and the soft individuals at the WAFC to make it as difficult as possible for WP and I have heard from a reliable source that he dislikes Brett Raponi. This fiasco IMO has played into the hands of WP and Keitel to an extent, it takes the pressure off the kid as he has missed a large chunk of training and he now would not be expected to star until he has the required match fitness, thanks Ferals !!!
