Not one of the Footy Budget perthonalities has picked us to beat SUBI --- GOOD we love being the underdogs as EP found out ...

and it seems according to the Footy budget we are not only being mediafied by 'ABC radio'
But 'BULLY 7' is apparently televising OUR contest against the SUBI 'bush wakers'!! hahaha

Cardy surely a mistake, it would be a massive turnaround for 7 to backdown and cover a Joondy game.

Can't see why nobody is tipping your mob, Horsely, Blechendyn & Yarran out, that's about 75 disposals and 5-6 goals missing. Your midfield is chock full of quality and you have a quality experience ruckman which we don't have.

Both teams on two wins, Subi's only advantage is the home ground. Don't believe there will be any on field square-up's from the nightclub barney, more chance of that happening in the stands

Not only has footy Budget seemingly got the Media coverage of the game upside down?? with Channel Bully taking this game on (me thinks not)

our illustrious WAFL hierarchy cant even get their act together to have a preview of this weeks games on line by 10:30am Fri - 24 hours prior the games are played

Yep wasnt to impressed with the Budget this week.. Tracey does a good article on the Final 5 setup. All the tipsters picked Subi even though I can see it being closer than that.
Ok maybe they think Subi will have something to prove after last weeks loss.
WP had a win against a much weaker side so no indication there of true form.
Sure Bill will want us to perform well as it will be a test against a side who are reigning premiers and have a good lineup.

The previews by Ross Lewis were pretty broad and didnt bother to take much notice of it.
Not much homework done on them and way out of context in this statement. I am sure this will be the last thing on the players from both clubs minds..

His comments on the Melee in Subi eg

Two weeks ago players from both teams were involved in a fight in Leederville. There is still some bad blood and while both clubs have read the riot act to their players their intent will be strong.

And his players to watch out for from WP.. OK not running these guys down but come on! He has missed a couple out there being Lourey, Adams (who I Notice is out this week ,Rodda, Manning, Keunen , Strijk, Kerr, Black and Lynch to mention a few...

Subiaco will need to keep a close eye on Matt Fowler, Kris Shannon and Matt Johnson who

Unfortunately the Budget has gone backwards a bit from the numerous articles and comments it used to contain. I suspect most supporters just use them to look at the team lists and ID the players?

Edit Rang the club to see what was up with Marcus Adams and it appears he has a hand injury.. Nothing to serious and will be back soon. Just playing it safe and giving his hand a chance to recover this week.

I have to say that your comments re the BUDGET are accurate ...

I too am mystified by the players mentioned in the Have to Watch out for line from Ross Lewis and while I agree its not to disparage the mentioned players but WTF?? are we going down the line of - ummmmmm lets be fair and mention other players so all 'feel a little love'

And yes while conversations and direction have been had and made regards conduct I also feel that once the positions are taken there will be a certain amount of clarity made on the field as to who was right or wrong on the 'Bushwacking' night in Leederville

I'm hoping the umpires haven't been given to harsh a ruling that they take away any hard play from the game??!!
They will need to remain open to the norm while watching for the vindictive -(good luck with that one I'm afraid)

Its going to be a great game and down and dirty
This also due to the fact the weather isn't going to make it free flowing - so whoever wants it the most will come out the victorious team in this one
