I see that Perth have already contacted David Myers about returning but he intends to remain in Melbourne. Clint Jones a possibility to go round again tho and his form this year would justify that.

I agree Jjim he was very good.
Another elite mid would be a powerful recruit if he did stay.

Look around the country find the best player SFC will pip you and every one else when it comes time for a signature.
Why?
Because they always do.

Very true Gastro right back to the David Robbins fiasco. Every other club is in the same boat on that one.

My understanding is that Perth promised to get him into physiotherapy at Uni and failed to do so Dazzler...Subi got him into Law instead which obviously worked ok for him as he knicked off after graduation.

Two famous ones that Subiaco stitched us up on Richard Ambrose and Liam Ryan. Having said that the Subiaco structure is the best outside the AFL system for aspiring players. That combined with cash and you make a compelling case to recruits. EP may enter the fray for the top recruits this year after not spending last season.

How so with Ryan R2019? I thought he was back playing footy in Gero after initially dabbling with EP when Subi got hold of him. I could be wrong but that's my recollection.

What a load of crap about Robbins. How do Subi get someone into uni? Either you qualify or you don't. Don't tell me Subi's influence is so extensive that they can pull strings at our universities? The fact is, Robbins was enticed away by more money (of course) and found some loophole in his contract. And Royal 2019, we all look forward to EP spending your own ill-gotten gains on recruits next year.

Ted the West Australian spoke of Perth’s sizeable bank balance. Is this accurate in your opinion and also do you think heavy recruiting to be necessary and in the best interests of a sustainable PFC. I wouldn’t want to see Perth go the way of EP and WP completely bankrupt.
