Agree with these comments, excellent effort across the board. Which will make it hard at the selection table this week with Ninyette and Narrier apparently fit. Are they both automatic inclusions and, if so, who do they replace? I think first to go would be Mitch Browne. But apart from Browne I really struggle to think of who would miss out. Probably Smith or Cary, but that would be a harsh call. Maybe Narrier and/or Ninyette should be given a run in the reserves? Any thoughts?

Smith won the 3rd Award- can’t see him getting dropped.
Guy Langdon was just okay, I would think he will get another game.
Rogers was terrific, he had only 13 possessions but 8 tackles and a much bigger impact than the stats.
No idea who they will drop to be honest.

I’m saying an unchanged team - this was the best team performance in many years

Couldn’t get to the game due to a wedding.
Watched the replay yesterday and I reckon it’s the sharpest we have looked in many a long year using the guts as the best way forward and we looked really good rebounding from halfback.
Have set the benchmark now so I am looking forward to how the next few weeks unfold.

Demon Strate, as the saying goes, it's a good problem to have. For my part I would drop only Browne. However, I don't know whether I would bring in Ninyette or Narrier. Our forward line functioned well on Saturday without Ninja, while Narrier adds some class and pace to our midfield, so I would lean towards Narrier.

Apparently there was talk of this being a "historic" game.
It is fantastic to see the Perth Football Club etch their name into the history books :)

Apparently it was Historic - and the Demons became the first team to beat the Eagles Reserves and that will always be the case. Nice work Earl and the team

Certainly a bit of a change and very encouraging to see, 30plus.
Yes they have set the benchmark well and truly now and we will see what they can do from here.
Cannot rest on their laurels from here on
Perhaps finally something else has changed other than just the date.
We shall see.

Maybe it's time to make a statement.
And Ninja & Narrier must come back through the Reserves and earn their spot.
It's not the size of the dog in the fight. It's the size of the fight in the dog.
Winning isn't everything. It's the ONLY THING !!!!!!
I shot the fukin sherriff!!!!
