With a strengthened midfield I think he would battle to get a game.

What about in a negating role, tagging one of the oppositions other players.

Jacobs is back, I can't see a role.
He would cost points I think and having him back doesn't improve the list.
You can't have reserves players costing you any more than 1 points.

I think he's worth 1 or 2 points. Agree Jacobs could play that role though.

Laine Wilkins is a potentially good get. The key is he wants to play. We didn't pay as much as reported for him. He's only 21 or 22 and has played 30 games and that while Peel operated as a Dockers reserves team. Has kicked 17 goals in those 30 games. Is 190cm tall. That's 6ft.3 in oldspeak. He played as a backup ruck in colts. Peel didn't want to lose him, though they don't really care about losing any player that much.

Collard is a big loss. Shame he hasn't got what it takes to commit to a WAFL career. With him and Mitch Morton gone that is potentially 80 goals lost which we need to find. These blokes like Etto and Carey are unknowns at this level so fingers crossed.
