So Paul, if Reimers was still at Essendon would he have said what he said?....and if not why not?....if the fella is being honest and truthful as you say he is, then it wouldn't matter one iota if he was at Essendon or not....funny thing is it has taken Reimers all this time to air his concerns....why didn't he speak earlier when he was an Essendon employee....

yeah I know Reimers was interviewed only last month.....but why should that stop him from contacting the newspapers off his own back highlighting his concerns sooner....

To be fair to Reimers, Damian Barret contacted him when he got news that this story was going to break and he wasn't paid for the interview by the way, so he had nothing to gain putting his name in the spotlight considering he's facing time on the sidelines himself.

McVeigh has got carried away defending one of his best mates and he will look like a tool if it is proven to be a banned substance.

So let me get this right, McVeigh is a Liar purely because his opinion differs fom Reimers, and Reimers account of events is 100% due to the fact he has a Perth Jumper on his back and Hirdy snubbed you for the autograph?

Am a bombers man the news of this has been hard to swallow. In saying that though to this stage there is no proof to say that the EFC have broken any rules or given any players any banned substance. There are no failed tests, and no player (or the club itself for that matter) has been caught with any illegal substance.

We like every other club push the limits where we can to get the most we can out of our group, that doesnt make us cheats. IF ASADA comes back with Illegal findings I will be as dark as anyone here.

As for Reimers, watched the full interview last night. The fact he contradicts himself on more than one occasion where he started off with he didn't take any of it, just signed the form, to later in the interview stating he had no idea what it was he was taking. Which was it?

"Fremantle CEO Steve Rosich admitted the AFL club has injected players with vitamins to aid their recovery but said the Dockers have nothing to fear from investigations stemming from the bombshell report."

Doctors sometimes do it with sick people, but footballers on the other hand dont need "vitamin" injections. Unless the person is self administering something like insulin, then only medical practitioners can inject anyone with anything. There's no valid reason for fitness staff to be doing it, even if it is "vitamins". If you're not qualified on the subject, please refrain from commenting.

Are you saying that Essendon & Fremantle are full of pensioners? Both clubs have freely admitted to giving vitamin injections to there players (as per the quote from Steve Rosich and interview from Mark McVeigh).

Both clubs seem to feel the Vitamin Injections aid in recovery times, seems they disagree the elderly are the only ones that should be getting them.
