Hey fella's how about cooling it down a bit and giving the personal sniping and innuendo a rest. This sort of thing is what got the public forum section on WAFL Online closed down. Banter about our respective sides is great, but anthing of a personal nature should be left alone.
The real stuffs not that far away, lets all get into then. The integrity of the WAFL's under enough of a threat at the moment from the WAFC, AFL and host clubs etc, so lets keep these forums alive for discussing what is most important....the footy.

Your the one that needs to let it go mate , he got drafted and good on him - a lot of people get drafted and never play a game or very few and imo Maxxy will be one of them for sure . All you ever do is blame the PFC and coach for not being fair to poor old Max , you need to give that a rest mate and people may lay off your son .
Your right about Hird , i couldnt carry his boots and either could you BTB but i reckon you could carry his needle bag for him . One thing we can agree on is he was one of the best ive seen as well BUT not the best , unfortunately for " JUNGLE JUICE JIMMY " he is going to be remembered for all the grubby wrong reasons .

It would seem hard on the players if,in fact, the club gave them assurances that whatever they were given was within the bounds of legal.
Perhaps whatever the players were asked to sign should have included an assurance that the club would not ask or insist they take any substance or treatment that would breach
the rules.
Maybe the wool was pulled over the players' eyes. I wonder how many of them ccnsulted their manager, medical advisor or even a legal advisor?

Ignorance seem to work well with you and your mates when it suits you smoker. Maybe the wool has been pulled over some supporters eyes. How is it that you can see everone's else's failings except your own smoker?

BTB ??????? and what failings are they ???????

If you believe that was the reason waflonline closed than you are entitled to your opinion . I would have too disagree. The sniping of the integrity of the WAFL decision with the AFL alignment would be closer to the mark.
Some posters just cannot learn by their mistakes just like some football clubs 61. Could it of been some whining from one particular club??

BTB your son moved to another wafl club and now he has been drafted - well done to him and you should be happy for him . So why at all costs do you hang shit on the PFC , THE COACH , Marty Atkins and all Perth supporters ??? Seems to me that things run deeper for your good self in regards to the PFC . Why are you soooo disgruntled get it off your chest mate you may feel better ...

BTB you may well be more correct than me regarding the closure of the WAFL Online forum, I'm sure they would have been super sensitive of public criticism and sniping of the decision. Nether the less, I still don't see the value of personal sniping in forums such as this. If you really are in some way connected to young Max Duffy I'm confident that you don't like to see him ridiculed on line. For what its worth I think young Max is quite a talented footballer and would have loved to see him in a red and black jump. I don't know the real circumstances of his leaving but I was quite disappointed when he left the club.
Anyway, my initial contribution had nothing to do with Max Duffy, or any other footballer, it was just a comment trying to turn the comments away from being personnel and back onto football.

Be careful Mr Duffy your sons new club could be dragged into this drug scandal ??? One of the clubs major sponsor a few years back was recently found guilty of dealing and importing illegal substances . The plot thickens ...

Could not agree more 61. Max's is not connected to myself and agree once again that he has plenty of talent and bright future.
