This is from the WAFL players and a couple of this years AFL transfers. I have only met two of them in person, but the common thread is they didn't like playing at Perth and the found the set up very unprofessional. I think it has come time for Perth to really have a go at getting things right. The new facilities and hopefully coaching structure should improve player moral and retention which is killing you at the moment.

OK so that's why Ash Smith was so ordinary when he played for us. It was Perth's fault all along. Great to see he's improved so much this season and setting the WAFL and AFL on fire.

Spot on Trevor, the umpires deliberately refused to pay obvious free kicks to Perth whilst blowing the whistle very quickly the other way.
