Bateman, Bevan, O'Sullivan, Jarryd Morton, Stack, Florio, Leyendekkers, White, Moody, Eyres, Cale Morton and Risol all played yesterday. That's 12 players that would usually be in the 22 come match day.

It's still early days but I tell you what they better pull their finger out against Claremont and put in a decent effort.

No, Sinclair played neither league nor reserves. Blake Borrett and Sean Lynch were tried across half back yesterday.

Busher a half in the reserves. Sam Garstone did some good things in the reserves but he's just a skinny kid still at this stage. Ben Power - if that was him no. 28 - is unrecognisable since colts days with the amount of bulk he's put on. He's a league prospect. I thought Daniel Arangio played a pretty good game in the reserves as well.

Who is our forward coach this year.....Wasn't it Broadbridge last year? What is it with this NO FORWARD line, press, kick, over forward heads, run back towards goal shit?? We talked about this all last year FFS! I forget the number of afternoons I stood there screaming out for a forward line last year and it shitted me no end.

Wouldn't matter who the coach is our midfield is easily the weakest link not one class player in there the only b grader we had in there has left the club to go back to Northam you won't see him in a Perth jumper again.

Add to that we are already one week behind the other clubs after playing a ressie squad in the 1st scratch match.

That's a good question. Laurie Liddlelow seemed to be spending time with the forwards in the huddle yesterday. Ian Ruck and Kade Lang are the other assistants I believe.

Is Laurie Liddelow an assistant coach?
If not why was he doing it yesterday?

I thought Borrett looked alright yesterday trying to hold down half back under siege from EF. He needs some weight on him.

Yes Dylan Biggs another big boy in the reserves. Tim Hunt was another who looked ok.

Not sure what the plan is with Busher. We desperately need another quality tall out there.

Clem Smith, if we can get six or seven games out of him at the start of the season that would be great. Great skills, he looks like he could be that creative player off half back to partially compensate for another key player not suiting up this season, Matt Tedesco.
