This is how to do a 2nd tier footy ground

TFAF, that information has been shared on here many times before.
It can only be used to save the Club from what people are saying EF maybe facing.
Extinction.
Any earnings from the fund may be used in certain circumstances.
I am not privy to the terms of the Trust Deed.
But the Trustees may be able to give you more information. 
If you are concerned about it try asking Peter Gilkinson or Richard Camm.
It currently sits at over $600k I believe and is the best thing that supporters of the Club have ever done.
Thanks to the vision of people like the late Dr Brian Lawrence and the late Vince Pendal and other visionaries at a very vulnerable time of our existence.
Remember we have made only one minor loss in the past 24 years.
We are actually a very strong well-run Club; however, it is time for us to transpose that on-field.

Few changes on the team list. Avery gone, which is bad news. I won’t mind if he goes East, but it would be pretty poor to go to a rival club after we gave him a chance to play league that he thought he wouldn’t get at Claremont. Jaiden Hunter on the list as number 6, with the luckless Dellamarta taking 44. Let’s hope both those players can get a good run fitness wise.

Super excited to see Jaiden Hunter back. If he can get his body right then look out with him and Clarke on the lead. Good to see Paton back on the list. Came to us from WP last year but suffered a couple of injuries. I think he didn't play this year due to work. Lots of potential in him.

Long list of No 99's usually means they are gone. As you said Avery one of them. But I see Regan Hill one of them. Left due to receiving a WACA contract. Thompson and Chaplin gone home. 

Going to be a lot more changes to this list before the first bounce next year.

Why the question mark on Newick. He is named on the list.
 

Armstrong's gone to West Perth. Probably a good thing for him and Perth. Both needed a change I think.

Where did you hear that? Agree with your comments. If Army wants to be a senior coach he needs to coach success in his own right as we've seen the likes of Wardman (Subi), McQueen (EP) and Pryun (Swans) have cut their teeth in colts and reserves before getting senior gigs. 

I wish Army all the best and thank him for his efforts both as player and assistant coach.

Good luck to him. Quality player and I hope he goes well at Belgravia. Tried to get to Port Melbourne, tried to get back to Claremont. Searching for something. Different cat.
