I know I usually refrain from commenting on other teams' threads, but I thought I had to comment abt Cooley. He is from my perspective a b grade WAFL league player, he was obviously a coaches pick when at EP, he is very much in the same mold as Harley Sparks and has the same issue of being a bit abt 'me'!

I hope he does well for you and it will be interesting how he and the EP players react towards each other; he likes to jaw and antagonise, makes for an interesting first up meeting.

Thanks for the insight, Grump. On paper he certainly has a lot of upside for us, as we have lacked a big bodied mid since Grey left. It is a bit of a red flag that he got cleared to VFL late Feb, and then cleared back to PFC 2-3 weeks after that. We can only speculate though

William Wolf has landed on our list. Ex-Claremont 18 years old, 200cm / 94kg. He's the son of Clinton Wolf and reportedly fairly quick for his size. He was also in Fremantle's NGA program. Hopefully we'll see him have a run in the ressies on Saturday.

Dunno. But he's been at every game since the SF pre-season game so you'd reckon he's still keen at least.

Wolf is not a bad size for an 18yo - 200cm 94kg. Perhaps he is still growing.
It would seem to me that Gaspar and Wolf are part of the going forward. Perhaps we will see more names on board as time goes by and the rebuild gains momentum.

Wouldn't Wolfe still be eligible for colts? Looks like a good size and decent hitout numbers in the colts last year.
