Just looking at our list of senior players. Number 6 listed as 55 kilos. Surly we can do better than that. 

Heights and weights are not actively maintained, so could be years old. Also I’ve been told that they are often guessed as opposed to properly measuring or weighing the player!

55 is dangerously low though. I am tired of people saying about Perth that we are boys against men. 

In regards updating player stats ect on our website it would be a big improvement if we ran our own website. 

This sort of stuff like seeing Manzone and the like on our senior list while wearing his West Perth jumper is amateur hour.

Show active senior players on club websites not maybe players. 

The club can keep the official list with the likes of the Sparks brothers the Bush and  Hug separate.

A dedicated volunteer would do a vastly better job.

Baxter Philip is listed as 61kg, so not much more than Warrell. Showed a lot of promise last year, but even then my concern was that he was too light framed to play league. Hopefully he has bulked up a bit over the off season, without sacrificing speed.  

Is there any more news generally? A lot of the players who were said to have gone are still on the website - Perko, Sparks x 2, Busher x 2, Hug, M Jones, Z Hill. That may be pending clearances being finalised, but are those players definitely gone? And is Stack training? Has he signed? The media just says he is expected to play for us this year.

Yes, those players have moved on. I've seen Sydney Stack at one training session but I'm not seeing them all. 

So if the hope that H Busher might play on doesn't materialise, where is our backline? Seriously. AJ is injured, but even then it is just speculation whether he can play back.  Sinkers is better as an intercept player, but will be forced to hold down CHB. As for full back, we are going to have to try someone untested, maybe Bird (who has not come close to showing he's a league player), or Preston-Coates. Maybe Martin? But again, yet to prove he's good enough, and he may be needed as 2nd ruck, or as a tall forward, or both. Going to be a long season.

Sydney at training tonight I heard.

Neither Stubbs or Serong offered a spot on Freon list. Freo wanting to see what type of player they may need at the mid season draft. Both thanked for their contributions  and encouraged to hit the ground running with their respective state league clubs to possibly be looked at again in June.
