TFAF, you do know McPartland is nearly 19 and a half mate, big ask stepping up as an overager from colts to play against the likes of Black, Nelson, Horsley, Kitchen, Bolton, Mitchell and Schloithe mate. Though he did give EF Jed Hagan a bath last Sat in the colts game, hopefully the 15 year old Hagan learnt something from it tho...

Quartermaine is a talent from all reports, considering he is the same age as McDonald, the kid might very well get a go, tho McDonald isn't your normal skinny 18 yr old tho.

Watched the Colts against EF.
McPartland was best on ground, very very good.
Looks like a talent.
For mine I think Stubbs will get the nod to replace Rogers.
A strong body 186cm & 84 klgs.
What I have seen of him in Ressies, he looks like he can play.
He'll be better next year after a full pre season.

Given the forecast, we need to go for smaller guys from the extended bench. Taylor and Richardson must play. I'd go Nicholas as he was very good in the wet last year v Subi. The last spot I'd give to Regan Clarke.

I can live with that bench. I hope Stubbs can show something. Good to see Johnson and Burke back in the reserves. With those two, plus Clarke and Cary, we have a little more depth. I know we have problems in the midfield, but the threat posed by Keitel and Loury means we have to play Sinkers back in his intercepting role. Their midfield is prolific and moves the ball quickly, so we need to cut off supply.

Only seen Stubbs once, ressies against EP.
