Fair enough mike, I respect your point of view.

Will be playing for Dandaragan at this point.

Seen the news re him struggling to play WAFL with the points and transfer fees which it will attract. But I guess rules are rules so he may have to have a year off and get his head right, or go and have a run in the ammos.

Or he could actually decide to pull his head in, change his attitude and lifestyle, prove to everyone involved at the club who put a lot of time & effort into him getting drafted in the 1st place and do the bloody hard yards at HIS WAFL club Swan Districts!
Or he can take the easy option of continuing his lifestyle & just rock up at a country club on a Sunday arvo for $1000 a game!

Know what id be doing BH, That kind of money is good wages to someone that doesnt have alot of working skills

Beasley.....by reading the earlier comments it looks like Swans have said no. No doubt he would want to come back and play for Swans, but bit hard when he cant (points maybe).

I don't see the big problem here, yes people have invested a lot in him and helping him get his opportunity....he got to where he wanted to be and found out it wasn't for him. He has now said that and left. I think everyone should get over it. It is his life so stop your whinging.

Without knowing any of the circumstances that he is in, I would still suggest that he may not be in a good head space currently and consequently footy would not be high on his list of priorities at the moment. I just hope he is getting some support and guidance from somewhere.

Pretty sure Cervantes dominate that comp by paying a heap of high profile players (LeCras' bro, other WAFL players).
Why is it that you can pay players in country grades but you cant in amateurs? Is it because otherwise noone would play country? (this is a legit question btw).
