Pretty talented setup.

I think everyone should get a share of the money from the afl, not just junior clubs but schools also, country clubs if they played senior footy.
You seem to think it’s only junior clubs, kids may play a game a week at school so why don’t they get a share as well ?
Why are you so biased to junior clubs and not schools ?
A kid spends 5 years at a private school playing footy then you need to fund them as well.

C'mon Mark, your usually pretty sharp on here.
Because junior clubs are volunteer run and self funded, with more revenue streams such as draft money it would allow them to reach further into the community, subsidize fees etc.

Sorry just getting confused as I thought this was about who develops the kid, I didn’t realise you wanted to ignore the development of everyone one else in the junior career apart from those at a junior club.

Schools already receive millions from the government in funding. They would end up like Wafl clubs, redirecting money for development into other areas. Junior football only do one thing.

Just come out and say it instead of talking in circles - why don't u think junior Grass Roots footy deserves a cut?

I have already said any club or school that a kid has played for at any stage before he gets drafted should get a cut.
Share the money around and reward all those who develop players

So why keep arguing with me if we all agree (except Beasley Hutton) that junior football deserve a cut?

Schools shouldn't, most pe teachers are on 100k these days.

Resource the volunteers that guide our kids and it will come back tenfold.
