'tug' the reason they draft at 18, as you know is so they don't have to pay. Franklin played one league game for the PFC. How much would he have cost if he had played 100 games for the Demons? We should have sent them bankrupt instead of joining their system. What happens if they draft someone, such as Priddis, whom played over sixty games for Subi and won a sandover from memory?

They draft at 18 to get there hands on them first.

I'm glad u highlighted Priddis, it's probably an example of when $$$ should go to a Wafl club and not the junior club who developed a player.

WAFL 13s, 14s, 15s, 16s (Futures), Colts (approx 2-3 years) and in many circumstances Seniors not too mention all of the training, weights program etc for those sides is 5% of their football career is it?
You really have no idea Tugga and obviously not good enough to have never come through the WAFL development (ex combined) sides pathway?!

I think Tugboat thinks colts players train Tuesday and Thursdays with their junior side and play colts on Saturdays.

No need to get personal Beasley, can u tell me how those sides are funded? Because.... At the end of the day we are talking about money.

Do you know what the average colts player pays for the privilege of playing Wafl colts?

considering the amount of medical attention, specialist coaching (access to personal and team vision of games), specialist fitness and weights coaches I would think $200-300 is good value to improve your football if that is the path you want to go down.
maybe you could ask the AFL to fund it Tugboat ?

average colts player will fork out $800 on fees and required kit.

What percentage of a players life is spent at a junior club? i'm saying 95% before they are drafted.

can you name the clubs that charge $800 ?
and considering the WAFC runs the colts competition which is funded by the AFL this money is going to the WAFC, not the WAFL clubs - you are aware of that ?
a colts player would be at his WAFL club a minimum of 3 times a week to train from mid-November to September, if they spend 2 years in the colts system as many do that is well over a 100 training sessions per season.
how have you calculated your 95%, you seem an expert on the topic so you must have done some research on this ?
