Would be a big kick in the guts if we cant re-sign these guys plus the uncertainty of Tropiano, where is he going to play in 2017?

Subi is what I've heard???

Are there any restrictions on player movement with regards to the list of 40 each club has? I would think if a player wanted to move somewhere he'd get there in the end.

See in today's West that Jamie Bennell has signed with Swans. Good pick up for them as I thought he didn't really get a look in at the Eagles. I also prefer to see these guys go back to their club of origin and repay some of the cost of developing players that the WAFL clubs wear.

I'm pleased that Jamie has signed up. We are going to need all these experienced players to be competitive next season

Good to hear Bennell has gone back to SD, though I was surprised Cl were supposedly interested TBH...especially with the plethora of gooduns they have coming through their colts and reserves flag winning sides....

Be interested to see how Bennell performs for SD, didn't seem to do much when back at EP, touch wood the move back home to Basso will spark his motivation again...definitely will be a litmus test for 42's theory that players being happier playing for their club of origin rather than Peel or EP.

Good to see him return to his original club, very handy player. Saw him in the reserves at EP and he dominated.

I'm pretty sure Tendai will feel loyalty to the Perth FC that gave him the opportunity to grow as a player. It took him a while to mature. We are assuming of course he will get delisted but gee he performed well for Peel in that grand final. Fremantle may yet hang on to him for one more year.

Tendai's offer from Swans had a coaching component I believe and that maybe the attraction for him if he's looking at a coaching future, so Perth would need to offer something similar that gives him a coaching pathway, surely Perth are better placed to provide an attractive salary package than Swans.
