As opposed to Emperor Barnett's claim prior to the last election that the light rail project was both fully costed and fully funded. As opposed to Emperor Barnett's promise NOT ONCE BUT TWICE that there would be a rail line to Ellenbrook. As opposed to Emperor Barnett's promise that Ellenbrook would have a rapid bus trqansit.
