Bazza wrote: Yeah Pigs Fly as well, once the Roe 8 goes so will the money, the Commonwealth only supplies money for National Grid Roads , besides even if they keep it - as has already been pointed out at length and what is clearly stated IN THE ALP POLICY document that money has been earmarked for other roads and the outter harbour feasibility planning , what part of that don't you get?? Have you advised the state alp their document is wrong?

As for WA federal seats holding MT to ransom, they mean SFA, Federal elections are done and dusted before out booths even close, they are decided in NSW and Qld, our tiny batch of seats will be overwhelmed by the swing either way in 3 yrs.

Now here I was thinking that the margin CURRENTLY in the House of Reps was 1. According to Bazza that can't be right.

For the record I will be voting for Cassie Rowe in the Legislative Assembly seat of Belmont; Bazza would you like to identify where your vote is going to go in your electorate?

That's ancient history, if there is any pork barrel sand bagging it will be going to Western Sydney.

Are you seriously saying there wont be a substantial swing against the gov come next election? give me a break. 3 % and ALP walk on based on NSW and Qld alone.

In the seat of Cottesloe I will be voting Independent, I may preference a minor party ( not ON ) before LNP I MAY put Caitlin Collins higher than anytime in the past re ALP ( based on Roe 8 Alone ) . In the upper house I will preference Greens and Nationals amongst the last. Most likely a conservative micro party in the Upper house Swan, I'm thinking Family First or Christian Democrats, ALP will go higher than any time in my voting since early 90s.

I hope that answers you Swan.

It does Bazza - thanks. In all probability you will be going back to vote around June-August this year.

Yep that is definitely my feelings as well.

If Caitlin runs again in the By Election and Sneakers confirms cancellation of Roe 8 by then , I will vote 1 ALP.

btw did you read Peter Hobbs letter in the West about Roe 8 and the Harbour, is is President of the Architects and Urban Planning Council of WA? as a side is also Grand Son of Sir Talbot Hobbs.

So am I , I cant see any plan at all to repay debt or cut spending, Public Service Unions will be hooking in for pay rises as well after making big donations to the ALP election campaign.
