As you say the guy at the front could very well be a young Stan Nowotny

The swan players are Max George for the mark and Lou Milanko at the base

That pic could well have been taken in the game Max George kicked 14 goals vs WP ..still to this day is the highest amount kicked by a Swans player in a match!
