I actually didnt notice Kuenan much for a change so big Blakes did a solid job there.

I wasn't going to enter into it but after reading your summation I thought I would chip in, at the expense of even sounding like a Swans supporter. Keunen copped an injury midway through the 1st and battled on as per usual, Blakely was ok but not that good. To offset those kick ins (in which Manzone missed one of them), you had some handy free kicks in or on the 50 which were a bit bemusing and resulted in goals, including the Houghton one in which gave you the lead, when the 3rd man up cannons into the WP ruck who intern cannons into the back of the Swans ruck wouldn't you think the 3rd man up would get pinged ???. Anyway, all in all it was a good contest and maybe it was literally 1 or 2 seconds that may have saved you.

Swandog and I had our usual banter going and generally one of us goes home sooking, my turn this round !

Haha I enjoyed the last moments immensely and also enjoyed your frustration at the maggots even when the free count was 18-9 in WP favour at one stage, but we are used to that at Swans more than other clubs, it will be a lovely 7 days

Hope you enjoy the next 5 weeks !!!

Hey gents long time reader first time poster. Just wondering if anyone knew what sort of strength training these kids are doing? Young Cary looks like a stiff breeze could blow him over at any point this year. Amazing for such a talent to not decide to develop his body! Look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Dear waflon, Jake Nuich here! If you don't know who I am then you haven't been keeping up to date on reserves football clearly. Anyway what I want to say regarding your comment is that I think they do have a weights program in place for young Cary, I usually see him and the other dedicated athletes head to the gym around 4 while I sit in the strapping room stuffing my face full of Gaz's lollies.. I probably should start heading to the gym with them because i think a person of my skill and ability should be played in the ones! I look forward to hearing from you.

Jake, spent the 2nd half of the reserves match v WP standing next to your number one supporter. Talked you up like your a future 100 goal a season full forward. Considering the quality of the man spruiking your ability it's about time you started to deliver and prove the old bloke right. He's usually on the money more often than not so time to hurry up and get with the program....Swoop won't be around forever

A little bit of patience and the opportunities will come for him and others in a ressies team which should be congratulated for their performances this season.

Thanks for the feedback dirty weekender! Although I'm currently in the reserves I think my league game against WP earlier in the year proves I'm up to standard, I've just gotta start holding onto my marks.. I'm currently learning off Ricky during the week to better myself on said marking! If you have any more feedback for me that would be great, I'm always happy to learn!

I think the validity of the Nuich14 account could be in question here... I know the young man personally and I doubt very much the comments written would be coming from him given his humble demeanour! I also doubt he would seek marking practice from Ricky Carey given that Carey can be seen ducking his head in most contests

Jake.....if it's size you are after mate, keep eating the lollies....you will bulk up faster eating lollies than you will with doing weights....add some meat pies and beer to your diet as well.....worked wonders for the likes of Scotty Cummings and Billy Brownless!! .....both boys took plenty of marks and kicked a fair few goals over their careers....both looked pretty good the other day when having a kick on the telly ;)

Guinness will also do the trick freez...not only will you bulk up big time but your liver will glow in the dark which is great for night games. :-)
