So its true Elari is playing reserves. I am shaking my head........ No opportunity for Dylan Nelson either. I know I should trust Harding because he generally makes the right calls but to be honest some of the selection decisions baffle me. Hopefully it will be all forgotten at 5pm

Never mind mikeh. Surely will be back in the league side next week. Apparently had plenty of the ball today.

Even tho I hate the result it was a fantastic game of WAFL footy by two G7 clubs, how good was that.
Really Swans did to us we did to them up at Joondalup.

So I was wrong alright!
Blight must have been running some huge k's to come in straight up and play a full game. He was very important today.
Elari was clearly the best player on the field in the ressies and will come in next week. He must have been out for disciplinary reason.

We were far from perfect today but what a great win! I love heading down knowing that we are always up for the fight even if we are having an off day!
We dominated much of the general play but our skill execution was horrendous and hence some of their goals were scored on the turnover. They also got 4 goals from kick ins which im sure will be addressed during the weeker had to work overtime for our goals and 9 from 47 entries says a lot about our ball movement.
We will need to sharpen up if we are to make the 5!

Hopefully Howard is ok and we will see Ugle back next week as well.

Oh and Rogers may not be so lucky at the tribunal this time however I do think he was trying to go at the ball. Whoever the player was played on so wasn't that bad.

Spot on chicken spot

A real good honest game of football. Swans beat us in the pack marks all day and that was the difference between the two teams. Very unlucky that the siren went that split second early before Lourey took the mark. He may or may not have kicked a goal, who knows. A point would of been no good. Always enjoy a day at Bombo.

Seemed like a decent turn out considering head to head with the Eagles and a good mix of WP supporters around the ground.

Good that it didn't rain, that ground has a good atmosphere, the electronic sign at the front was funny but incorrect, should be BOMBO VALLEY BOYS V GARLIC MUNCHERS, maybe it did not have enough room.
