I hope the club doesn’t rush the process. Back in 2004 the first ranked applicant changed his mind at the last minute due to family considerations and the club then appointed the second ranked applicant David Dunbar for 3 years.

FFS, unferkin believable. What skeletons did management pull out to scare him off? Downright embarrassing for the club.

Same thing happened to us. Todd Curley accepted the job then next day before he put ink down he reneged and accepted the South job.

Woewodin wasn’t in the final two. I’d presume that the other bloke was Ben Dwyer.

Anyway it’s not as bad as when the Demons settled on Todd Curley, only to ring all the other applicants first informing them that they were unsuccessful before finally calling Curley only to find out that he had accepted the South Fremantle job.
