Poor Cody is sitting by his phone still waiting for the promised call from AFL recruiters looking for half back flankers with a booming kick. Hang in there Cody, Marlion Pickett was what 27, 28 when he made his AFL debut in a GF and only denied by one of the greats with a Norm Smith. Have another Tim Tam.

Let’s hope you live close to Moss st Strongbow and do the community thing when you take your French poodle for walkies and bring your pooper scooper and a bundle of bags. I don’t want to slip on Prudence’s turds. Nearly trod on Jye Boltons Bichon Frise’s business where he must chain her up at training when we played at Claremont this year.

Our dearly neighbours have a strict no dogs allowed policy for both ovals including the G on the outer which is accessible 24/7.

In a nutshell it is going to take longer than originally thought. Tod Shimmon talking to SportsFM a few weeks back, said it will come down in June or July. We will be playing home games at the WACA for 3 seasons now - not the 2 seasons as initially thought and reported. Not sure if the league boys are training at Moss Street at the moment - you would think they would until it comes down. After that though, it has been reported that they will do 2 sessions a week at the Dockers HQ at the Cockburn Arc. So many thanks to the Dockers for that - they have gone up in my estimation.

It's going to be a great development but they are very slow off the mark, I thought they were starting straight after last season?
