Ark company's in America are to scared to relocate out of the USA.The President will turn it into a media circus.Just to much bad media.Only twise did the Dems not clap him.First when he called the TTP job destroying and second was draining the swamp.
He also mentioned Australia saying new migrants should pass a point test.To prove they can make a new life here and not rely on welfare. He doesn't know about our boat people
He also mentioned African Americans a fair few times.
The last American President to do a major infrastructure upgrades was Izenhower.1950's.

I understand that Trump didn't claim the direct credit for the falling unemployment rate for US blacks - which is probably just as well if you look at this graph:

Country living ain't what it used to be.Places like Kalbarri, Margret River etc were great places until people from the metro area realised how good they were. Now they are just over run by city dwellers.

Karratha used to great, not now. Mandurah used to be a good place to live...not now. My, how times change.

Theere a lots of states around the world which exhibit the features of failled states without being so in absolute terms. One of them is a Super Power called America, a state which can't even pass a budget on a periodical basis. The same goes for Victoria and South Australia, here, with their inability to run an electricity grid.

Think about some of the examples I have raised when your going on about Brazil holding the Olympics or even Argentina the world coup. Finally, consider this, Argentina was the richest country in the world in per capitia terms at the turn of the twentieth century. That is a pretty big fall for a state

I would prefer not think about your examples thanks, your claim that Brazil and Argentina are failed states is about as fact based as stating that the moon is made of cheese.

Neither Brazil or Argentina are "failed states", clearly the term is designed for the likes of Somalia, Yemen, and various other places through history.

The Fund for Peace characterizes a failed state as having the following characteristics:
Loss of control of its territory, or of the monopoly on the legitimate use of physical force therein
Erosion of legitimate authority to make collective decisions
Inability to provide public services
Inability to interact with other states as a full member of the international community

Karratha and the Pilbara have changed a lot , but its still a great place, Mandurah is just part of the metro area now, it was a sleepy holiday town when I was a kid. Wouldn't bother with it now.
Kal was OK good times as a single bloke, they reckon its more of a family town now, lots of pubs have closed down.
Country life is still the way to go - lots has changed since I lived there, only had 1 TV channel some spots! Now there's Foxtel Internet TV you name it.

7500 acres - you must have been Mayor of Nokaning, Larry! (-:]
I'm a country boy (Tammin), but had to Google Nokaning to find out it was between Merredin (Archie Duda territory) and Nukarni.
