Having a crack at another state, this time SA saying they’ve got cases because they didn’t wait until they have a higher rate of vaccination. Well they are 5% in front of us you clown and what you think if the vaccination rate is higher we are not going to have cases? Stop your bullshit mate.

Spot on DD. This guy is fast becoming a national embarrassment and making us the laughing stock of the world. How on one hand can you shit can other states for 2 years then expect them to come here on holidays? I wonder what the WA Party is like given the Libs are a rabble. Not Clive's UAP which should be banned from even entering the state forever, but the other independent mob.

I’m not a big “politics person’ and haven’t read anything about his popularity with other states.  I’d be interested to read some stuff on what the other states are saying about our Premier.  Any suggestions?

Hmmmmm…..no response.  Perhaps he’s not as unpopular in the other states as some lead us to believe?

I think that his popularity or lack thereof with some depends on a lot of things. Clearly he is/was unpopular with the last and current NSW leaders but the rest  do not seemed to have the level of whimper they do! Morrison is clearly an antagonist of his but seems to being very political abt is level of criticism given the level of popularity in the bulk WA for McGowan. 

If next weeks is abt opening up then that will be a good step especially for those who are vax'd, although having said that my son advised us that three people in is workplace in London, all doubled ended up in hospital, they have underlying issues but a bit scary!

Grump keeping borders closed only delays the inevitable and there are two reports I've read recently including this one just now that Covid might be mutating itself to extinction.

South African authorities have reported in previous waves increases in infection have resulted in increases in hospital admissions. They are not seeing that with Omicron.

And in Japan as I have reported here previously they have gone from over 26000 cases a day or less than 200. I'm sick of this ultra conservative approach by our government here. It's all about McGoo basking in the glory of having no community transmission. The bloke is just obsessed with his own power.

Now here he is gearing up to promote tourism to WA when the wankers No 1 priority should be pitching to nurses and doctors to come here to WA and encourage and provide incentives for young people to take up a career in nursing and medicine.

Oh well DD lets just hope that over the next months borders are open, business keeps having confidence in WA at least, the virus mutates sufficiently to only be a real threat to the un-vaccinated and the liberal party become strong enough to be more effective in their role as opposed to the snipers they currently are, Albo gets replaced, morrison gets moved on and lastly but not less important we all keep our collective health

Last time I checked his medical qualifications are in optometry rather than epidemiology so whilst he is entitled to his opinion I wouldn't be taking too much notice of it.

The FIRST test should have been fixtured in Perth from the start, solves everything, this ridiculous “tradition” of Brisbane getting the first test for over thirty years now is a joke, it’ll be raining probably, AGAIN.
