Exactly.
Everyone having a go at Subiaco are shortsighted.
Sadly one cannot put any faith in the 'so called commission' for any positivity given their performance over the recent years.

Yes I get it WAG, my point is maybe Subi supporters could support the cries to the WAFC instead of trying to marginalise me and anyone who thinks there is a problem.

But how can you possibly drum up any interest when a team doesn’t lose and basically has not done so for twenty ckn years!!!!

This was your second post on this topic. You've not made any mention of the WAFC...in fact you even explain away the alignment model...what you do through this entire thread is attack my club. Now that you've been called out by various posters who agree it's not the fault of one club, you back pedal and start saying it's all for the good of the comp. This thread should have been targeting the WAFC and the terrible choices they've made over the last 30 years...not a vehicle for attacking one club in particular.

And this being about the only Wafl forum remaining brings about many different opinions which mostly is a good thing.
We can safely agree that there is a problem and no it's not all good.
The question everyone would like to see is what good beneficial plans for the Wafl are in place? Personally I'm not holding any hope given what we've seen from hq over the years.
The Wafl competition is quite sick at the moment. Really bad decisions have been made in recent years which have flow on effects and positive action should have been taken long ago.

BC you believe what you want to mate. I have no need to back pedal. Throughout I have criticised subi’s dominance and the attitude on your part and other subi supporters that we should proceed like it is business as usual.
I have written to wafc, I have sat down with wafc. My concern is the comp and always has been.

Currently the biggest problem the comp has is that subi doesn’t lose and that people are starting to accept that as normal.
You’ve not got a leg to stand on brother. Happy fiddling.

I've got both legs to stand on because Subi don't make the rules.

here's a suggestion for you STT, maybe something all WAFL true believers can support, why dont you draft a petition pointing out the problems with the current WAFL comp, the failings of the WAFC and then what WAFL people would like to see happen. Then put it on here for sensible reasoned and constructive critisism. Once you have a completed document I for one will be happy to stand at the gates and seek signitures in support.

the four options are:

plodding on
possible move of the AFL clubs east
mergers
selling the licences, splitting with the AFL clubs but giving us some money

They are the strategic options that the commission should be considering if it was serious about the WAFL
