Yep...agree BH. Your club and others in a similar situation should be shouting from the roof tops.

Well if any other club owes money in any way to the State or Federal Government their course is clear. Pretty sure that going into liq is a breach of WP's licence so WAFC has to do something - they have clearly brought the comp into disrepute. I go back to my first comments on this matter - they should start next season 12 points behind or salary cap or points reduced or something...

with you StT - there has to be an on-field related penalty for all of the this - either a ban on recruiting outside their zone for a few years or other options.
its not right that clubs apart from Subi have to watch their books closely and have to ensure player contracts and recruits are able to be paid yet WP it seems for a long period of time have been not making the same sacrifices oher clubs have to do..
Swans or Perth could be playing finals this year had WP had to be honest about their situation, action needs to be taken as every club would like their players and staff paid by the WAFC.

I'm also a bit pee'd off EP will get salary and points concessions next year to make sure they're competitive. FFS, they chose to align themselves with WCE...why in hell should they get concessions? If anyone is to get a leg up it should be East Freo, SD or Perth not a club that went into an alignment with eyes wide open. If it takes them 2 or 3 years to be competitive then so be it.

You Rightchous Assclowns make me laugh, I don’t know if any of you have noticed but we haven’t recruited anyone of any worth for at least 3 years because we couldn’t afford it, so it’s buisness as usual..

What about Rudy Riddoch? Hasn't done much on the field but has done wonders for the canteen and bar turnover just looking at him.

whilst the number of recruits are low - Duffy, Simpson, Riddoch is probably about it you did also have a crack at Zac Clarke so you had the "funds" to make him an offer, also DeLuca..
the main issue is you didnt have the money to pay the players you already have on your books,, WP are lucky that Subi didnt sniff the blood in the water like they did to Swans in getting Robinson and Twomey when Swans had no money and also offered big money to Davis.
had WP been run professionally they would have had to be honest with their players and only pay them what the club could afford and Subi and other clubs would have swooped in with offers to your best players.
its not business as usual when you cant afford to pay your players..that means they were offered contracts you didnt have the money to pay.
