Cant what that has to do with todays game mate..Dont think the umpires had anything to do with our win..Considering we ONLY WON 1 QTR. The game should of been at Medibank.

p.s Bloody Freo have kicked the last 8 back in it.. Typical Freo thats why I gave them away.

Parra beat Brisbane by 1 point 19-18... Long time between drinks for Parra.

Read the previous posts Cardy, it was never goimng to go ahead anywhere, the country enrichment scheme was our lifeline..and can you please stop giving Freo updates some people are watching on 7

Gee sorry Swandog..Hows the umpiring? Have you ever tried a Blackout. I did today with the WAFL game. Either watch the game or read this for the games duration. There are other who cant watch the game...
Now stop your Whinging and get on with it...PPS FREO WON - Ha Walters what a guy

With only 4 members online cant see a problem

Just having a dig mate..just getting sick of avoiding Facebook, Ozfooty, radio etc just in case you get a score, thats cool coz i dont give ashit really, probably just dark that im not having a root instead haha...ah yes Sonny Walters, a true star and yet another Swan Dist product dominating the VFL!!! More than most clubs

But the game itself was really good to watch. Wasn't a huge fan of Twomey before today, but a deserved winner of the Simpson. Tallan Ames showed why he really should have played last year. We might have beaten SA and Vic in consecutive years...

To be honest I agree , playing in Northam not a good move in my books, west says only 1800 turned up, it looked like a perfect day weather wise as well, 1800 is bloody terrible, I hope the WAFC learn from that, would of got double that in the city I reckon , anyway well done WA.

Come on in the past six years the State game has never pulled a big crown, it doesn't matter where you go. And Northam is only 99km's away it just up the road

We had a bloody great day in Northam

2011 3200 Bendigo Bank Stadium
2010 1,900 Medibank Stadium
2009 2,200 Medibank Stadium
2008 1,500 Tony Ireland Stadium
2007 2,500 TEAC Oval

Mate i heard via a reliable source today at the ground that if it wasnt for the Country enrichment/royalties for regions scheme there would have no state game anywhere at all this year as there was no funding for it! So Perth would have missed out regardless

I knew royalties for regions had paid for this game. But if we're at a point where there's no game without that funding, then it's a very sad state of affairs.

As for Parry, I reckon it's the first time he's ever given more kicks to my team than the opposition. He kills West Perth every time we get him. Probably the only umpire that I hate to see walk out on the field at Joondalup. If it's any of the others I know it's 50-50 as to whether we'll get a good run or a bad one. We never get a good run with Parry.

Did the Vics bring a field ump? Didnt notice who the other blokes were...

It would of been fully subsidised, they would of lost a small fortune on that fiasco today, the set up costs, getting the teams up and down from Perth, accommodation in the town, only to get less people turn up that what you'd get a country GF ..what a joke.

Hey SwanDog good to have some chat on here anyway... My technology doesnt go much beyond Copy and paste.. Just find Youtube vide on the Queen song so easy.
All you have to do is copy the URL from up the top and paste it here. OZFOOTY is brilliant as it just puts the clip on your post..

Catchya next week at the real WAFL...Great win today but our WAFL comes first and proud of the guys today. Suppose you will be at the SD v EP GAME. All the best and hope you can beat those FERALS! Subi v Perth game on ABC TV but wont be there. Heading down to the CLA V EF game as a neutral.

I love my WAFL and I am so lifted that our side won today. I understand your point in being there to see it first hand. I am sure many would have. Rub it in if you like but I am disappointed that our administrators are so pathetic that we couldnt of had the game in Perth our home. Agree with all the posters who were against it but such is life.

This is one of my favourites..

The first comment says it ALL... have to click on the youtube icon RHS when clip comes up..
This message represents the official view of the voices in my head
