well there will be the mighty junior competition run next year by the WAFC so would think they may need to wait on any boundary review ?

Given that the WAFC have been running the junior competitions for a decade or so and from the number of junior clubs one shouldn't have any confidence that the WAFC taking over the colts' competition will be a success. In fact, one should have a feeling of doom and gloom.

Cl - have 3 PSA in Christ Church , Scotch and Hale plus a growing football school such as Sacred Hearts. Country zone includes the Kimberley where were most of the good Aboriginal kids would come to Perth and attend either Christ Church , Scotch college or Clontarf College in Waterford.

EF - Have Aquina's as you rightly point out.

SD have Guildford Grammar , good footballing schools in Newman College and Governor Stirling.

Pth - have Wesley and Clontarf College in Waterford

EP have Trinity

SF have Fremantle Christian Brothers College , growing football school in Emmanuelle Catholic College

WP not sure

Peel not sure

Narrier also went to Hale

Newman College is actually in Claremont's zone as well Dwert.
You may have meant Mazenod College in the hills which has been a pretty good breeding ground for future Swannies with the likes of Scotty Cummings, Chris Peel, Drew Cornelius, Corey Gault, Josh Roberts, Adam Ross, Dwayne Griffin, Brady Anderson et al all coming from up there.

Dont forget another good Mazenod boy in Dean Capobianco BH.....pretty sure he had a run for SD in his junior days.....another one to run me ragged in interschool footy.....though atleast I know why he showed me a clean pair of torpedo boots running up the scoreboard wing at Bassendean Oval when we played

Yes Capo certainly did Freeze played Colts & a couple of Ressies games from memory around the same time as Jo Angel & Martin McCague did!
Gees mate your MLSHS coach gave you some interesting assignments back in the day pitted against quick footed goalsneaks (Capo, Holmsey) maybe he thought your quick wit might put them off their game?! :silly:

BH you forgot to mention Brady Anderson who went to Mazenod and was playing for Belmont when it was taken from Swans and moved to East Perth.

I would suggest that it is somewhat tenuous to place Trinity with East Perth.

Oops yes I did accidentally miss out Brady (now fixed) I played a bit of junior footy against him as you have been told many a time 42! ;)
Kade Lang from Perth was another ex Mazenod boy.

Pretty sure I was last in a long line to be tried on those two boys......desperate measures from the coach from memory... ex Cl rover Colin Viska was our footy coach.....he thought being a left footer I would have the silky skills to match those two ...took him 30 sec to realise I was all talk and very little walk mate......Holmes was good chat tho we had some interesting banter going.....well what I could make out being 50 m behind him chasing his tail ;)

since 2002 every club has played in a GF except Perth.
7 clubs have won a flag, only EF and Perth not winning at least one.
Subi has won 6 flags in that time
I would think if any club was to complain about the junior zones it would be Perth, not Subi.
