Some of us have been quite vocal on here about that mob not only in their "riches" but their continual plundering of out of zone talent at the expense of their local zone development!

Have one of the strongest junior areas, beside West Perth and struggle to use it to their advantage.

Yep including one of if not the biggest junior club in WA- Kingsway JFC but they are more interested in plundering other clubs talent especially from interstate.

The WAFC and "friends",Bease!

You of all people should know that.Never mind Subi right now.The WAFC want us to bitch at Subi,to take the Heat off them.Having said that,if Subi were up to something, perhaps the WAFC should answer the same questions as Subi, only this time as accessories to the fact! They had better be careful what they wish for,in that case.

As Cynical as I have been in the past about Subi myself Boothead, what actual proof do you have, about Subi's $400 payments to Reserve players?

Grassy you know how much I am AGAINST the alignment clubs and what they have done to the WAFL (99-02 & 13-) but another club have been just as damaging but for an even longer time frame and yet you just want us all (like their very few supporters) to sweep that under the carpet?

Good point you make mate and agree. Dont know about the ressies getting 400 a game you obviously have a source on that. Considering the money machine they have from the bar at all AFL GAMES and the finals that from what I have seen is always packed plus the rooms and 500 free tickets to every AFL game given to them as "Comphensation" from the WAFC that is stacked in their favour cannot explain their small profit? Something smells.
I think they are a bigger pack of colluding bastards and have more to explain than the Aligned clubs. The Subiaco club stinks. Having said that I am not putting the shit on the players or the supporters as it is beyond their control.
I was actually surprised when Peel beat them in the GF and happy to boot because of these reasons. Wolfs in sheeps clothing mate and nothing more.
The main reason I have stopped supporting WAFL. OK the alignment was another in the early days but as it has panned out EP and PEEL are the real losers. WP beat EP and so on.
In some ways if the AFL club is in the finals it is to the advantage of the WAFL club but then again is that a good thing?
The WAFL is not played on a level playing field and winning a GF really means nothing now as so many factors come into force rather than 9 teams who play out a season and the BEST MAN WINS.

Cardy...I see time away from here hasn't changed anything...you're still an idiot. Subi DO NOT get 500 free tickets to AFL games...they pay for them like everyone else and combine seating with food an entertainment on game day. Last season they only just broke even on the deal due to increased costs and competition from WCE and Freo selling the same thing. WCE and Freo struggled to sell all of their packages and Subi did likewise....so this perception of a never ending money tree gifted to Subi FC is just plain nonsense.

BC- it is the compensation that subi recieved to leave subiaco oval, put your allegiances aside, and admit a proven fact. I wonder how subiaco have the amount of money to bring so many previous afl players to their club, Adamson, Litherland and tried to bring Morabito and Crowley. $$$$

Boothead you are new to this site, don't worry all of us here (aside from the $ubi supporters ) are well aware and absolutely displeased with the financial advantage subi have and how much it has effected the integrity of the comp for a long, long time but it has remained such a constant that we have just had to live with it

and what financial advantage would that be ToOL? do you mean having social premises at Domain which allows them to offer AFL game day packages and run a bar? if that's what you're talking about then it's not some gift from the WAFC, it's a historical fact that Subi played out of there for 90 years, built the social club themselves and use it to their own advantage. wouldn't Claremont do the same if roles were reversed and AFL games were played at Claremont Oval?
