As redlegs very rightly pointed out old blokes with same old ideas die on the vine , if your standing still your going backwards and at this rate the WAFL will gone in 20 years if that. The last big wave of Wafl fans are in their late 40s s in 50 yrs now they will be 70s and 80s a decade or two and gone with no new members coming through.

Rubbish myself, Swandog, DW, MD et al as Swans fans alone do not fit that age criteria and we were all around for the halcyon days of the early 80s!

I said big wave not 5 loners.

To put it succinctly the future of the WAFL competition and clubs is in the hands of the WAFC. If the WAFL fails, it is SINGULARLY and EXCLUSIVELY the FAULT of the WAFC.

Exactly mate, I know plenty who are under 40 who love the WAFL and all that it has to offer..Our negative mate has zero idea
