Spot on 42, these plonkers will want it both ways, they have an unexpected win and it's woopee for the alignment, they miss the finals and it will be .. if only we had the alignment longer we would have won the flag.

Yes that's correct Swan42, the players have been totally focused on making sure EP are strong such is there desire to decimate the WAFL and unfortunately for them they have become an ordinary team at AFL level playing the EP brand of footy. Bloody alignments....they are indeed responsible for all performance, both good and consistently poor ones

Face it...the WCE midfield is shit when put up against any of the top teams. Which of them would even get a run in the midfield brigades of the top few teams. my educated guess is not one. They wouldn't need a bloody alignment if their recruiters were doing their jobs properly. Sheed aside, to early to tell with him, I don't see nor can imagine any one of their current list of midfielders in or ever being in the elite bracket.....no alignment will ever fix lack of A grade quality....Matera, Kemp, Cousins, Judd, Kerr quality is what won them flags and right now they have no one that will ever be good enough to be rightfully added to that list of names, not even close....guess the bloody lack of alignment in the past decade is responsible for that too!!!
