Bazza - our home average is higher and to average over 2k away is a good effort for a club that doesnt play on the public holiday Mondays when crowd numbers get inflated.
and that is not to bag Subi as they are a club that is usually pretty consistent with crowd numbers, I am sure Perth supporters were happy with their crowd numbers when Swans travelled there.

The table puts you way down regardless of how you spin it,,,

not trying to spin anything - just adding to the conversation, if you are unable to look into things a bit deeper than a number in front of you that is fine.

Forget it, you've let more than an hour pass and it can't be edited.

At least try and understand that the people who demanded the alignment (WCE/FD) don't care if the WAFL has good attendances or not. The only way this alignment will ever change is if they perform poorly in the AFL.

Getting extra numbers is vital to the G7 clubs.

Bagging the comp constantly only puts those undecided who read these pages off from going along and that's a shame because the standard of matches that I have seen have been good mainly. They would enjoy being there.

If you think South should be doing more for the comp then use whatever influence you have and implore them to do it or do it yourself. Why not bring some family or friends along.

and what fact are you trying to support ?

considering all clubs have not played each other home and away I am not sure how you can get an accurate assesment of what clubs are and are not doing well crowd-wise , Swans have played Perth twice away for example.

Firstly I didnt LET one hour pass, I only just came across your message, i dont get sent alerts, so just check in from time to time.

Secondly, I simply do not agree with you that thousands flooding back to watch the two aligned clubs ( which is not happening) would not be seen as a strong endorsement for the host club deal..perhaps you could try to understand that.

Nor do I think poor performing AFL clubs would mean they would change the plan, they would just become more ravernous on the wafl, on the flip side however, If anything at all poor performance of the two AFL clubs is a bonus for the WAFL, as people drift back and crowds pick up , as has happened in the past.

The fact that Swans are low down in the attendances behind a Subi, which in past had notoriously poor attendances, juxtaposed to Swans who are apparently the strongest supported club ( just ask their supporters they always bang on about it) , despite having a vastly better season that most expected have attratced a mediocre total to date this seaon..FACT.

and I provided you with more information to the data you provided to explain the reasoning behind some of the figures..

do you think the averages will change over the course of the season or stay the same ?
